5 AM to 7 PM – No food, no water, no exceptions. Another day of discipline, patience, and reflection as I continue this journey in solidarity with my Muslim brothers and sisters. As a non-Muslim and a Catholic, this experience is teaching me resilience, gratitude, and the true essence of fasting.
